You have the ability to heal within you.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge your bravery in taking the step to search for a therapist. Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth is not an easy task, but the rewards can be immeasurable. It would be my privilege to meet with you and discuss what has led you to this pivotal moment in your life. Whether you're grappling with personal relationships, facing a crossroads, feeling stuck, or navigating a challenging season, or simply longing for connection and to be truly seen and heard, I am here to meet you where you are.

In my therapeutic approach, the foundation is built upon the therapeutic relationship itself, which I consider the most important aspect of our work together. I operate from a person-centered and holistic perspective, recognizing that each individual, couple, or family is unique. This allows for the implementation of various theoretical approaches that best suit your specific needs. During our sessions, I frequently incorporate body-based (somatic) techniques because I firmly believe that in today's fast-paced world, we often become disconnected from our bodies, leading to a sense of incongruence and misalignment. To address this, I integrate mindfulness practices such as breathing techniques, gentle yoga movements, and even engaging in walk-and-talk therapy when appropriate.

I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space where you can explore, heal, and grow. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery, promoting harmony between your mind and body, and ultimately helping you live a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Clinical Specialties

I welcome the opportunity to work with my clients on whatever they might bring into therapy, though my areas of special focus include individuals with mood and thought disorders, personality disorders, addiction issues, gender/sexuality difficulties (LGBTQIA+), grief, trauma, existential issues, identity work, and relational work. I also work with couples utilizing the Gottman method and families utilizing experiential and structural techniques.
