Let’s do this. Together.

Welcome to your first steps toward mental and emotional flourishing! It’s an exciting journey to be on, teeming with hope and possibility. Each person’s way to better mental and emotional health is unique, and we’ll find yours by looking at the strengths you already possess and supplementing them with fresh perspectives. If you should choose me as your guide through this season of life, we’ll work together to reframe every challenge and find new ways to live the life you want.

Working together, we’ll nurture the hope that brought you through the doors, strengthen your belief that sustainable change can happen, build awareness by asking questions and examining the answers, gain insight through honest self-assessment and reflection, capitalize on the empowerment and agency you’ll experience as a result, and ultimately arrive at a place of contentment and well-being.

Whether you end up working with me or someone else, I’m excited for you to experience the health, healing, and meaning you’re searching for!

Clinical Experience

I have over 4 years of experience as a therapist, helping many different people in outpatient settings. Before joining Nashville Therapy Group, I worked at The Briggs Institute, Daystar Counseling Ministries, and the Lipscomb Family Therapy Center. I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life.

My approach to therapy includes many proven and evidence-based methods, like solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, Gottman, IFS, EMDR, and Bowenian-based interventions.

Clinical Specialties

I enjoy working with couples (especially premarital), students, young adults, business professionals, veterans, first responders, and anyone wanting to become their best self.

I can help with depression, anxiety, major life transitions, work-life balance issues, relationship issues, premarital therapy, discernment counseling, trauma, self-worth issues, body image issues, disordered eating, spirituality, and church hurt.
