You are not alone in your struggle. Change is possible. I’m here to help you figure it out.

Welcome! I specialize in offering compassionate and authentic therapy, providing a safe space where you don't have to face life's challenges alone. I believe that we are in charge of the story we tell ourselves about the world around us. Change is possible and you do not have to figure it out alone. Together, we'll rewrite the narratives that shape your world, empowering you to embrace change and achieve your goals.

With a background in empowering youths to find their voice, I've worked with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families in various community and agency settings. Each year, I'm privileged to support trauma survivors in Africa, gaining invaluable experience in high-stress environments with underserved populations.

My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based methods. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, or parenting, I'm here to provide personalized support tailored to your needs.

Let's embark on this journey together—reach out today to start making positive changes in your life.
